                  КОНЦЕПТУАЛЬНОЕ  ОБОЗРЕНИЕ

ПО СУЩЕСТВУ И СОДЕРЖАНИЮ ПРОЕКТА «ПРОМЕТЕЙ - ОММЕГА»

АТЛАС  -  ОМ МЕГА  представляет  собой

Авторскую  Творческую  Лабораторию  Аналитики  Систем  в представление  системной  организации  предметов  исследования  -  в раскрытие  феноменологии  тех  или  иных  явлений,  объектов.  

Основным  инструментарием  являются  системно-аналитические  методы  и  системный  анализ,  в том  числе  системный  комплексный  анализ  с применением  универсальных  аналитических  методов  и  технологий,  многие  из которых  являют  собой  авторские  разработки  АТЛАС  -  ОМ МЕГА.   Эти  системные  разработки  являют  собой  плод  многолетних  творческих  поисков  и  исследований,  -  они  являют  собой  реальный  потенциал  для  разрешения  исследовательских  проблем  и  задач  с элементами  ноу-хау  в аспекте  аналитических  технологий,  -  все  это  явилось  предпосылкой  к разрешению  проблематики  феноменологии  Человека,  в частности  -  человеческого  долголетия…

И  именно  феноменология  долголетия  человека  стала  основным  содержанием  проекта  «ПРОМЕТЕЙ  -  ОММЕГА»  в исследовательской  программе  «=АИСТ=».

Результаты,  полученные  по Программе  «=АИСТ=»,  в аспекте  аналитической  интерпретации  феноменологии  Человека,  позволили  поставить  и  разрешить  ряд  теоретических  задач  в определение  принципиальных  подходов  в разрешение  проблемы  долголетия,  а  сама  проблема  долголетия  стала  основным  содержанием  Проекта  «ПРОМЕТЕЙ  -  ОММЕГА».

Проект  «ПРОМЕТЕЙ  -  ОММЕГА»  по содержанию

являет  собой  комплексную  проблематику  по  организации  и  осуществлению  фундаментальных  исследований  в аспекте  комплексного  разрешения  сверхзадачи  построения  системы  научно-прикладной  школы  долголетия  на курортологической  базе.   Такой  подход  совершенно  обоснован,  поскольку  интерпретация  феноменологии  Человека  предполагает  раскрытие  ряда  фундаментальных  факторов,  таких  как: 

-  антропологический; 

-  медицинский;

-  геронтологический;

-  психофизиологический;

-  социо-психологический;

-  собственно  -  психологический;

-  системно-аналитический;

-  онтологический;

-  философско-гносеологический;

-  собственно  -  философский; …

-  …  все  это  являет  собой  спектр  проблематики  в разрешение  сверхзадачи,  а  также  все  это  есть  интерпретационный  базис  к идеологии  Проекта.   При  этом  предполагается  возможность  раскрытия  представления  по существу  без  детального  рассмотрения  всего  спектра  проблематики  -  без  ущерба  для смысла.  

Таким  образом,  весь  комплекс  факторов  определяет  целесообразным  рассматривать  курортологическую  базу  как  наиболее  оптимальную,  -  поскольку  именно  курортология  способна  системно  объединить  все  составляющие  сверхзадачи  от медицины  до  философии.  

Можно  сразу  отметить,  что  на начальном  этапе  достаточно  проводить  исследования  в формате  отдельно взятой  специализированной  Лаборатории  в сфере  деятельности  отдельного  санаторного  учреждения  или  же  Института  Курортологии,  если  эти  учреждения  способны  будут  предоставить  весь  комплекс  необходимых  условий,  от  ресурсных  до  -  безопасности  (прежде  всего,  информационной),  -  на начальном  этапе  крайне  нецелесообразно  допустить  возможность  излишнего  внимания  средств  массовой  информации  к проекту. 

Таким  образом,  очерчивается  формат  представления  идеологии  Проекта.

Идеология  Проекта  по существу

являет  собой,  прежде всего,  сложное  мировоззренческое  явление,  поскольку  требует  от человека   в иных  случаях  коренной  ломки  привычных  представлений,  -  перед исследователем  встает  необходимость  видения  сути  действительного  положения  вещей  -  в противоречие  привычному  восприятию  привычных  явлений. 

На начальном  этапе  достаточно  готовности  воспринимать  необычные по сущности  категории.   То есть,  исследователь  изначально  должен  настроиться  на нестандартность  в подходе  и  разрешении  задач.  

Непривычным  может  показаться  роль  и  значение  аналитики  в этой  фундаментально-исследовательской  проблеме.

Безусловно,  в каждой  идеологии  должны  быть  свои  постулаты,  в том  числе  и  фундаментальные,  -  не является  исключением  и  идеология  Проекта  «ПРОМЕТЕЙ  -  ОММЕГА»,  -  основной  постулат  которой  формулируется  следующим  образом:

1.      Всякое  долголетие  есть  потенциал  системы,  и  обеспечивается  внутренними  системными  ресурсами;

2.       Всякое  долголетие  является  предопределенным  по существу;

3.       Всякая  предопределенность  реализуется  программой  -  программой  долголетия,  в частности;

4.       Программный  ресурс  и  программный  потенциал  долголетия  являют  собой  наблюдаемые  очевидные  феномены  в причинно-следственной  картине;

5.       Существует  возможность  активизации  тех  или  иных  программ,  которые  по той  или  иной причине  находятся  в «спящем» режиме;

6.       Фундаментальной  проблемой  является  ключ  активации  конкретной  программы  в комплексе  программ;

7.       Достижением  конечного  результата  можно  считать  запуск  всех  программ  полной  реализации  ресурсов  долголетия  -  в общем,  и  в частности…

-  …   все  это  являет  собой  принципиальные  этапы  достижения  цели  -  раскрытия  ресурсов  долголетия  Человека  в принципе,  и  -  человека  в частности,  конкретного  индивидуума.

Таким  образом,  с очевидностью  проявляется  необходимость  формирования  новой  индустрии  -  индустрии  долголетия  -  в сфере  жизнедеятельности  Человечества,  -  а  также  проявляется  наличие  предыстории  -  колоссального  эмпирического  потенциала,  поскольку  проблема  долголетия  никогда  не переставала  волновать  человека,  -  и  на всех  этапах  истории,  во всех  культурах  и  во всех  эпохах,  достижение  долголетия  -  было  ключевой  задачей.   Порой  эта  проблема  определяла  своеобразие  целой  культуры,  целой  исторической  эпохи,  -  и  с определенной  долей  смелости  можно  утверждать,  что  эта  проблема  является  определяющей  всего  хода  Земной  Истории,  поскольку  отношение  к Жизни  и  Смерти  определяет  поведение  человека  во все времена  -  везде  и  во всяком,  -  и  всегда  этот  фактор  оказывал  влияние  на ход  истории,  поскольку  он  всегда  влиял  на принятие  решения,  в любом  случае. 

Таким  образом,  можно  полагать,  что  разрешение  проблемы  долголетия  с неизбежностью  должно  повлиять  на мировоззрение  Человека.

Аспект  принятия  решения  является  главным  и  в данном  случае  -  по Проекту  «ПРОМЕТЕЙ  -  ОММЕГА».   Требуется  определенная  смелость  в принятие  решения  в реализации  самого  Проекта  на специализированной  базисной  основе,  -  формирование  новой  потребует,  безусловно,  соответствующих  ресурсов  и  времени,  тогда  как  имеется  сверх достаточный  потенциал  в курортной  сфере,  перспективы  развития  которой  весьма  туманны.   Из всего  следует,  что  объективно  целесообразно  запустить  Проект  локально  в сфере  курортной  индустрии,  поскольку  цели  и  задачи  долголетия  не могут  противоречить  целям  и  задачам  традиционной  курортологии.

Обстоятельства  места  и  времени

являются  важными  в комплексе  условий  успешного  завершения  Проекта  «ПРОМЕТЕЙ  -  ОММЕГА».  И  здесь  уместно  отметить,  что  Кавказ  и  Сочи  с уникальными  природно-климатическими  условиями,  с исторически  традиционной  практикой долголетия  кавказских  народов,  является  объективно  целесообразным  местом  для  «Института  Долголетия»,  во всех  аспектах.   Плюс  ко всему  -  колоссальный  курортологический  потенциал,  -   по числу  санаторно-курортных  учреждений  и  Северный  Кавказ,  и  Сочи,  и Абхазия безусловно,  занимают  лидирующие  позиции  в соответствующем  мировом  табеле  рангов.   Таким  образом,  имеется  все  необходимое   в комплексе  условий  от объективного,  но  остается  открытым  комплекс  условий  достаточного,  который  лежит  в сфере  субъективного  -  от готовности  человека  принять  соответствующее  решение  в осуществление  Проекта  «ПРОМЕТЕЙ  -  ОММЕГА».   При  этом  предполагается  возможным  и  целесообразным  учреждение  на начальном  этапе  экспериментальной  Лаборатории  в пределах  отдельно  взятого  санаторно-курортного  учреждения  с перспективой  формирования  специализированного  Института,  который  соответственно  будет  обеспечивать  соответствующую  деятельность  всей  курортной  индустрии  в перспективе.

Надо  особо  отметить,  что  реализация  Проекта  «ПРОМЕТЕЙ  -  ОММЕГА»  с неизбежностью  открывает  возможности  трансформации  традиционной  курортной  отрасли  в Международный  Центр  Долголетия  со всеми  вытекающими  последствиями.   То есть  -  возникает  возможность,  в городе  Сочи  -  в частности,  образования  Международного  Центра  Курортологии  и  Долголетия.   То есть  -  возникает  возможность  специализации  и  своей  идентичности  в сфере  курортной  индустрии  во всем Мире.   Но  при  этом  обрести  иное  свое  лицо  для  нашей  курортной  индустрии  весьма  проблематично.   Таким  образом,  можно  сделать  вывод,  что  нашей  курортной  индустрии  нечего  терять,  кроме  отсутствия  перспектив  развития,  но  есть  возможность  стать  мировым  центром  в сфере  теории  и  практики  долголетия.

В заключение  следует  отметить  -

-  что  Лаборатория  АТЛАС  -  ОМ МЕГА   выражает  свою  готовность  к предметному  диалогу  и  конкретным  переговорам  на предмет  реализации  Проекта  «ПРОМЕТЕЙ  -  ОММЕГА»  со всеми  потенциальными  партнерами  и  участниками.   При этом  Лаборатория  выражает  свою  благодарность  за внимание  к изложенной  проблематике.

инновационное предложение Авторской Творческой Лаборатории Аналитики Систем «АТЛАС – ОМ МЕГА»  по внедрению  социометрической системы  «МАКАР-001»,  адаптированной  к социо-технологиям  в аспектах  деятельности  политических партий,  органов управления,  общественных организаций  -  для мониторинга,  регулирования  и  управления  процессами,  определяющими  состояние  социального  климата  в тех или иных  конкретных  социо-географических условиях…

    Фундаментальные  исследования  Авторской Творческой Лаборатории Аналитики  Систем  «АТЛАС - ОМ МЕГА»  в развитие  научной теории  и  практики  Аналитики  предопределили  возможность  внедрения  новых  уникальных  технологических  комплексов  и  информационных  систем  для  диагностики,  мониторинга  и  управления  процессами,  определяющими состояние  социума  в специфике  социо-географических  образований.

    Авторская Творческая Лаборатория Аналитики Систем «АТЛАС - ОМ МЕГА»  -  в лице  автора  и  руководителя  Мазукабзова Олега Аминовича  -  предлагает  к внедрению  инновационный  проект  -  «МАКАР-001».    Данный  проект  предусматривает  внедрение  социометрической  системы  «МАКАР-001»  -  как  авторскую  разработку  Мазукабзова  Олега Аминовича  -  автора  и  руководителя  Лаборатории  «АТЛАС - ОМ МЕГА».

    Внедрение  социометрической  системы  «МАКАР-001»  в комплексе  составляющих элементов  позволяет  разрешить  ряд  принципиальных  задач  в высокой  степени актуальных  в современных социальных  реалиях  в различных сферах организации  и  управления  социумом  и  социальными процессами,  к числу  которых  можно  отнести следующие:

1.      Задача  системной организации

деятельности  структур  управления,  функционирования  институтов политических партий  и  их региональных представительств  -  для достижения программных целей,  в принципе,  имеет  особую  актуальность  в условиях реальной действительности.   На этом поле деятельности царит настоящий  «творческий беспорядок»,  в образном определении.   Чаще всего  -  уповают на государственную  и  партийную дисциплину,  которая утверждается весьма архаичными методами,  характерными для далёкого исторического прошлого,  что  вступает  в противоречие  с миром современных технологий  и  скоростей.

    Объективные реалии,  тем не менее,  требуют  принятия  соответствующих  решений  и  мер  в конкретных  условиях  пространства  времени,  которые  как  правило  жёстко  лимитированы  определяющими факторами. 

    Система  «МАКАР-001»  позволяет  принципиально разрешить задачу  системной организации  деятельности по управлению социальными процессами,  по осуществлению диагностики состояния социума,  по осуществлению мониторинга эволюции состояния социума.   При этом система  предполагает применение  технологий сканирования  состояния социума  посредством инновационных методов  -  что  предполагает  возможность  социометрического  исчисления  состояний  социума  -  что  позволяет  определять  состояние  социального  климата  в том  или  ином социо-географическом  образовании.  

    В частности,  система  «МАКАР-001»  даёт  принципиальную  возможность  эффективной  организации  системного  управления  региональными  структурами  политических  организаций,  партий  и общественных движений.   Система «МАКАР-001»  даёт  возможность  организации  системного  учёта  и  контроля  всей  жизнедеятельности  политических  организаций,  социальных  институтов  различной природы…

2.      Задача  мониторинга поля деятельности

является  крайне актуальной в современных политических реалиях,  поскольку  от качества  мониторинга  зависит  качество  прогнозирования  развития  событий,  а  эффективность  прогнозирования  во многом  определяет  успех  в политическом  противостоянии.   Таким  образом,  применение  системы  «МАКАР-001»  во многом  может  предопределить  фактор  успеха  участников  политических  процессов.   В частности  -  выборных  процессов  в те  или  иные  государственные  или  социальные  институты…

3.      Задача  овладения  и  управления  ситуацией

является  ключевой  для центров  управления  любой природы  -  что  предполагает  получение  общей детальной  картины  самой ситуации  -  в представление  управляющим центром  -  максимально  приближено  к реальной действительности.   Применение  системы  «МАКАР-001»  предоставляет  эффективную  возможность  овладения  и  управления  ситуацией  в принципе.    Всё  это  даёт  возможность  осуществления  учёта  и  контроля  реальному  положению  на местах  из определённого центра,  а  также  актуализирует  необходимые меры  к осуществлению  на местах  соответственно  реальной  ситуации.   Всё  это  достигается  возможностью  организации  постоянной  составляющей деятельности  по генерации  условий  для усиления  социальной роли и значения той  или  иной  идеологии  -  в основе политики  той  или  иной  организации  во всех возможных аспектах.   Таким  образом,  реализуется  возможность  целевого  применения  системы  «МАКАР-001»  в конкретных  условиях выборных  процессов  с учётом  уникальности  каждого отдельно взятого  процесса  в реальных условиях  времени  и  пространства  социума.
